The answer is simple.

When we decided to grow fruit we wanted the best tasting product we could find. We tasted almost every variety out there and decided that Fuji was our favorite.

Then, by pure luck, we discovered that our location was extremely well suited for growing this variety.

The sugar content and crispness of our fruit is consistently some of the highest in the state. We achieve this by not picking any fruit for sale until it reaches optimum maturity.
